Terms & Conditions Bubbles Blood Donation App

Welcome to the Bubbles Blood Donation App (“App”), an initiative by Bubbles Foundation (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You must meet all local blood donation eligibility criteria if you intend to donate.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration

• To access certain features, you may need to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it when necessary.

3. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users.
• Use the App for unauthorized or illegal purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.

4. Blood Requests & Donations

• Users can create blood requests and connect with donors via the App.
• The App facilitates connection between donors and recipients; Bubbles Foundation is not liable for any issues arising from the donation process, including medical complications or outcomes.
• All users must comply with local blood donation regulations and hospital / organisations requirements.

5. Referral & Leaderboard Programs

• The App may include referral programs and leaderboards to encourage participation.
• Limited information such as name, donation count, and referral performance may be displayed publicly within the App.
• Users can opt out of visibility in leaderboard features through their profile settings.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, trademarks, and materials in the App are owned by Bubbles Foundation or licensed to us.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without explicit permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Bubbles Foundation provides the App “as is” and makes no warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or suitability.
• We are not responsible for any damages, loss, or injury resulting from the use of the App or blood donation activities facilitated by it.
• Users are solely responsible for verifying eligibility and safety before donating blood.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in inappropriate conduct.
• Users may also delete their account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Data Deletion Policy

• Users may delete their account anytime by following the steps provided in their Profile section within the App.
• Upon deletion, your profile and personal information will be removed from active databases.
• Certain non-identifiable data may remain in system backups for a limited retention period (typically up to 90 days) before being permanently deleted, as part of standard data protection and recovery procedures.

In-App Note: You can delete your account anytime under Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the Bubbles App.
